There are 6 fixed-price visits: Domestic EPC, Legionella Risk Assessment, Fire Risk Assessment, Inventory check-in and check-out, PAT testing and Commercial EPC. An assessor visits the property, performs the assessment, and emails the report. Prices are on the service pages.
Electrical work and Plumbing are quoted in writing before any payment.
