Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect on this website, who we share it with, and how you can ask us about your details. It applies to QuickCert Solution Limited, trading as QuickCert, company number 17039364, registered in England and Wales. The registered office is 129 Signals Drive, Coventry, CV3 1QD, England.
What you give us
We only ask for details that help us arrange a visit or reply to a quote request.
Booking a priced visit
On the booking form you enter your name, email, phone number, and the property address. You can add an optional access note, for example who has the keys. After you submit, we send you to Calendly’s website to choose a time and pay. Calendly can prefill your name, email, address, and access note from what you entered here. Your phone number stays on our side unless you type it again on Calendly.
Requesting a quote
For electrical work or plumbing you enter your name, email, phone number, property address, and a short description of the work in your own words. That description is what we need to price the job.
How we use your details
- To arrange and carry out the visit at the property address you gave us.
- To contact you about your booking or quote, including by phone or email.
- To hand you off to Calendly so you can pick a time and pay for a priced visit.
- To store your quote enquiry in our customer system when that system is connected (see below).
We do not sell your personal details. Card numbers never pass through this website.
Who we share details with
- Calendly
- When you book a priced visit, we open Calendly’s hosted page in your browser. Calendly receives the contact and address fields we prefill, and you choose an appointment time there. Calendly’s own privacy notice applies on their site.
- Stripe (through Calendly)
- Payment for a priced visit is taken on Calendly’s checkout, which is powered by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment; we do not receive or store your card number on our servers.
- HubSpot
- When our HubSpot connection is active, quote enquiries are saved there as a contact and a deal, including the service, address, and your description of the work. For bookings, we also save your details there as a contact and a deal when that connection is active, so we can follow up if you do not finish on Calendly. If HubSpot is not connected, a quote submission is not stored online and the form asks you to call us instead. A booking can still continue to Calendly even when HubSpot is not connected, but we will not have a copy of your details in HubSpot until the connection is in place.
Server logs
When you submit a booking or quote form, our server writes a short log line. It records whether the submission succeeded, failed validation, or could not be saved, and which service you chose. It does not include your name, email, phone, address, access note, or job description. It never includes payment card numbers.
Cookies and similar technology
This marketing site does not load HubSpot tracking scripts or other site-wide analytics cookies. When you open Calendly to choose a time and pay, Calendly may set cookies on its own domain. Those are controlled by Calendly, not by us.
How long we keep records
We keep booking and quote records for as long as needed to carry out the visit, send the report or written price, and handle any follow-up you reasonably expect. When you no longer need us to hold your details, you can ask for a copy or ask us to delete what we hold, where the law allows.
