Services and where we work

We provide the property certificates and compliance reports described on our services pages, for properties in the West Midlands, Leicester, Nottingham, Peterborough, and London. Visits are arranged from Coventry.

Fixed-price visits

6 services on this site show one fixed price on the service page. That price is the price charged. After you enter your details on our booking form, we send you to Calendly’s website to choose a time and pay. Payment is taken there through Stripe. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

Electrical work and plumbing

Electrical work and Plumbing are not paid for on this website. You describe the work you need, we reply with a written quote, and payment is taken only after you accept that quote. When you accept, we send a Stripe payment link for the agreed amount.

Details we ask for

To arrange a visit or reply to a quote request, we ask for your name, email, phone number, and the property address. You may add an optional access note, for example who has the keys. We use these details to attend the property and to contact you about your booking or quote.

Your certificate or report

After the visit, the assessor emails the certificate, report, or test results described on the service page. Calendly sends the calendar invite and booking confirmation. Stripe sends the payment receipt for fixed-price visits.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel more than 24 hours before the visit for a full refund, issued by the team in Stripe.
